A family arranging care for a parent, or a clinician who wants to work with NELLA. Name, email, country. Nothing else yet.
A coordinator calls
Families: we talk through your parent's situation before anything is arranged. Clinicians: we check your ID, your registration and your address by hand.
An area opens when a named nurse covers it
We open one neighbourhood at a time, and only once a verified nurse and relief cover are in place. You hear from us the moment yours opens.

Nurses, physiotherapists and physicians
Dedicated families in your own city, paid locally in cedis or naira. Before you are shown to any family a coordinator checks four things by hand:
- Government ID matched to a selfie
- Council registration or PIN
- Licence or practising certificate
- Home address on the map
