What NELLA collects, why, who can see it, and how long it is kept.
What we collect
Contact details for the person arranging care; the parent's name, address and map pin; visit records written by the nurse; identity and registration documents from clinicians applying to work with us.
Who sees what
Clinical notes are visible to the assigned nurse, the physician supporting the case, the coordinator, and the family members the parent has agreed may see them. Paying for care does not by itself give access to clinical notes or photographs.
Where it is stored
In a managed database and private file storage in the UK/EU region. Documents are served only through links that expire within fifteen minutes.
How long
Retention periods for each category of record are being set with legal advice. Nothing is deleted automatically today.
