Terms of service
The service NELLA provides, what it does not provide, and how it is paid for.
The service
Nurse-led home visits arranged by a coordinator, with physician support through scheduled consultations. NELLA is not an emergency service, does not monitor anyone continuously, and does not diagnose remotely.
Payment
No card is charged today. Billing starts only after the parent has consented, the area is open, and terms have been agreed in writing.
